What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist part time position at Kitty Klinic?
- Must be vaccinated for Covid19. We are still curbside and require masks.
Reception:
Duties include answering multi-phone lines, scheduling appointments, taking messages, confirming appointments, documenting client concerns in medical records, admitting and discharging patients, creating FEAR FREE environment, some cleaning and sanitizing, opening and closing, balancing daily books, filing, using e-Vet veterinary software, and more.
Animal experience is preferred, but due to the variety of tasks involved, we will train the right person. We do background checks.
We see cats, reptiles, rodents, rabbits, ferrets, and birds - so no animal allergies.
Must have a flexible schedule including working Saturdays, possible Sundays, and Holidays.

Expected hours: 28.0 – 32.0 per week
