This Customer Service Representative (CSR) position is for our Call Center within the Kittle’s Furniture superstore in Indianapolis.

Kittle’s CSRs take incoming phone calls to assist our clients with all sorts of questions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take incoming customer calls.
- Resolve customer inquiries and/or problems.
- Contact customers to schedule deliveries and/or pickups.
- Handle furniture warranties.
Qualifications:
- Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and in our electronic communications.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy call center.
- Positive and professional demeanor & teamwork. The ability to de-escalate angry customers and assure them of a positive outcome.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
