Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for company-wide scheduling operations.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise Scheduling Manager, Scheduling Supervisor, and Float Staff.
- Design, implement, and refine scheduling systems, workflows, and policies to support consistency, responsiveness, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with EEO, ADA, FMLA, OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards as they relate to scheduling.
- Oversee auditing processes for timesheet accuracy, schedule templates, and documentation integrity.
- Provide strategic leadership in labor‑cost management by optimizing schedules, minimizing overtime exposure, and ensuring staffing allocations align with organizational budget targets.
- Use data‑driven decision‑making to identify inefficiencies in workforce deployment, forecast resource demands, and implement cost‑control measures that maintain operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
- 3-5 years of scheduling, operations, or workforce management experience preferred.
- Experience supervising teams and leading operational functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Word, and SharePoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
