Application Requirements & Essential Functions for Loss Prevention/Asset Protection Associates:
- Loss Prevention/Asset Protection Associates must demonstrate courtesy, assistance and a positive attitude toward customers and other employees

- Asset Protection Associates must maintain clear and concise written records and reports
- Knowledge of, adherence to, and reinforcement of all company policies and procedures

- Asset Protection Associates must have a willingness to effectively communicate ideas and issues to store supervisors and management
- Loss Prevention/Asset Protection candidates must be at least eighteen years of age or older and be able to pass a standard background check
- Qualified candidates must have the flexibility to change schedules to support business/departmental needs per events, holidays, and departmental coverage
General Summary:
Asset Protection Associates are employed by the company to limit losses from theft by discouraging criminal behavior and apprehending anyone attempting to steal products. Their role is to hold people accountable for the damage they cause to the company through stolen products. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualified candidates must be available to work a combination of days, nights- until 7:15pm, and weekends
