Accounts Payable Associate

On a daily basis works with the other Accounts Payable Clerk(s), buyers and warehouse personnel to ensure accurate processing and payment of invoices.

Application Requirements:

• Processing of invoices, returns and credits in an accurate, thorough and timely manner as an Accounts Payable Clerk
• Monthly balancing of accounts
• Perform general filing
• Maintain neat and concise paperwork
• Knowledge of the computer as it applies to the job
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of all aspects of this department
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills.

Skills and Abilities:

• An employee within this position must have strong calculator and mathematical skills
• Previous experience with Windows based applications, including word processing and spreadsheets, is helpful
• A background in accounting is also helpful but not required as an Accounts Payable Clerk
• Neat handwriting and attention to detail are a necessity in this position

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
