Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and private residences using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care to ensure a pristine appearance
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to meet guest or resident needs
• Follow established safety procedures and use janitorial equipment properly to ensure a safe working environment
• Handle special cleaning projects including industrial cleaning tasks when required
• Manage custodial tasks efficiently, including waste disposal and sanitation of high-touch surfaces
• Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness standards and deliver excellent hospitality service

Qualifications

• Prior hotel or housekeeping management experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of custodial practices and safety protocols
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to adapt to different cleaning routines and schedules
