Position: Dental Hygienist - 1 to 2 days per week
Us (who we are):
We are not corporate dentistry. We are a fee-for-service, non PPO, high engagement, patient centered practice. We are considered a low volume practice - we value building sincere relationships with our patients- in fact, its probably what we most enjoy and find most rewarding about our jobs. We realize everyone needs to make money and wants a fair wage, but if money is all you are about, please look elsewhere. We put a very high value on work-life balance. We are a small team - there’s no hiding - we are each very good at what we do, we all do what it takes to get the job done well, and we encourage and help each other wherever necessary. We are high touch, but also high tech - we use lasers, iTero digital scanning, AI guided x-ray interpretation, and electronic Wand controlled anesthesia. If this sounds like a practice you might want to learn join, read on.
You (who you are):
First and foremost, you are just an overall nice person - you love others. You are looking for a permanent place to work - somewhere to dig-in and become a part of something - short term mentalities, please do not apply! We have a very loyal patient base and they want to know who you are too.
You are a dental hygienist with a valid current license to practice in Texas. You put a high value on work-life balance. Preferably, have at least three years of private practice dental experience. You sincerely enjoy people, and you truly care about others. You have strong diagnostic skills - you make sure each patient is properly evaluated and properly treatment planned based on their unique, current diagnostic information - periodontally and restoratively.
You know how to confidently treatment plan and apply soft tissue protocols. You preferably have experience incorporating lasers into your treatment plans, and if not, are willing to learn the latest techniques with lasers and periodontal treatment. You are a team player - you look for opportunities to help out your fellow team members. If this sounds like you, please reach out! Smile big and have a wonderful day!
