What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate Attorney position at Kitroser Lewis & Mighdoll?
Kitroser Lewis & Mighdoll, a respected boutique law firm headquartered in North Palm Beach, is seeking a proactive and motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing Litigation Team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about advocacy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services in both Palm Beach and Martin County. They are a strong legal writer, a self-starter, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment without the need for micromanagement. This position is well-suited for someone who values mentorship and growth while also demonstrating initiative and ownership over their caseload.
While prior experience in estate planning, trust administration, or guardianship law is preferred, it is not required. We are committed to providing the training, resources, and mentorship needed for the right candidate to thrive. This position offers a clear path to increased responsibility, autonomy, and leadership within the litigation team, with future opportunities for partnership consideration based on demonstrated performance and long-term commitment to the firm’s growth and values.
