As part of the Kito Crosby team, you will be supporting channel partners and end users around the world using Kito Crosby products in mission critical applications ranging from development of renewable power, space exploration, national defense, manufacturing and infrastructure development.Job Summary:
This Small Drills Operator will set up and operate the following tools: Saws, Tapper Machine, Drill Presses, Bolt Machines, Center Drill Machine, Excello, Tubing/Pipe Part Off Machine, Small Bar Lathe, and Engine Lathe/Turret Lathe for Machining roll forged sheave hubs 10” finish diameter and smaller. Must be able to operate one or more machines as required to meet production and quality standards with maximum productivity.

Job Specifications:
• 2 years’ relevant Manufacturing experience required.
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Physical / Environmental Conditions:
Daily exposure to shop conditions, which are variable depending on the task assigned, but are generally dirty. Is subject to shop noise. Involves extensive standing and walking. Skin and eyes are subject to drying and irritating fumes, vapors and solutions controlled to OSHA standards. Works indoors with sometimes dusty or confining work areas when in the shop/lab.
