JOB SUMMARY: 

Work for a world-class kitchen operation serving baseball teams! Under the direction of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, this position will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and serving of the performance food service operation for the Cardinals baseball team.

*Seasonal Full-time & Part-time positions available starting at $18.00- 22.00 an hour, based on experience*

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Both hot line and cold line cooking and preparation (May be working grill, prep, a la carte production, etc.)
• Uphold the integrity and standards of all the products
• Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and organization of kitchen at all times
• Provide "Best in Class" hospitality for our high-profile client

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Self-motivated and passionate about cooking
• Strong creativity and interest in building healthy meals with lots of flavor
• Ability to follow recipes and adjust recipes as needed
• Professional demeanor, and a service-first attitude
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen equipment, safe sanitary practices, and culinary skills 
• At least 1 year experience cooking in a professional kitchen

IDEAL CANDIDATES:

• Experience in batch cooking
• Looking for morning to afternoon cooking shifts
• A working knowledge of baseball
• Understand nutrition and performance-based food

WORK REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work non-standard work weeks, including early mornings, and weekends. 
• Ability to commute to Jupiter, FL 
• ServSafe Food Handlers or Manager Card
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
• Must be able to lift up to 50#
