Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Commercial Hood Installer with leadership experience to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will oversee a crew of installers while ensuring high-quality installations of commercial kitchen ventilation systems, including range hoods, exhaust fans, and ductwork. A clean driving record and the ability to manage a team efficiently are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of hood installers to ensure efficient and accurate installations.
- Install and maintain commercial kitchen hoods, ductwork, and ventilation systems.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety codes and building regulations.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to optimize system performance.
- Safely operate company vehicles and transport equipment to job sites.
Hours Include:
- Monday - Friday (standard)
- Weekends (will vary)
- 40 hours a week
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial hood installation or similar field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of safety codes and regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
