What You'll Do
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners interested in remodeling their kitchens and bathrooms.
- Conduct in-home consultations.
- Build trust and guide clients through design and product options.
- Create and present proposals.
- Follow up and close sales.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first meeting through signed agreement.
- Proven track record of success in in-home sales.
- Strong closing skills and the confidence to ask for the sale.
- Ability to build relationships quickly with homeowners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and highly competitive.
- A professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Experience in remodeling, home improvement, construction, flooring, windows, roofing, HVAC, or other high-ticket sales is strongly preferred.
Our compensation plan is designed to reward performance.
- Monthly sales quota is set at $100,000 per month and many consultants within our system achieve that consistently.
- Hitting quota generates approximately $8,000 per month in commissions.
- There is no cap on earnings.
- Double quota performance, which is achieved regularly by top performers across our system, generates approximately $16,000 per month in commissions.
