Position Overview
- Lead installation for residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects
- Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to company standards
- Serve as the primary installer and on-site point of execution
- Perform and lead installation of cabinetry, trim, and finish work
- Accurately measure job sites for cabinets, materials, and layouts
- Interpret plans, drawings, and the scope of work
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Coordinate with the Field Supervisor and the Project Manager
- Identify and communicate issues early to avoid delays
- Document progress using company tools and software
- Ability to take precise field measurements for kitchens and bathrooms
- Understand layout, spacing, and fit for cabinetry and finishes
- Identify potential measurement conflicts before installation
- Ensure accuracy to prevent rework and delays
- Proven experience in kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling
- Strong carpentry and installation skills
- Ability to read and follow plans and specifications
- Experience leading or working independently on job sites
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Reliable and accountable work ethic
- Leadership mindset and ability to guide helpers or team members
- Problem-solving ability in the field
- Strong communication skills
- High level of pride in finished product
- Consistent and dependable performance

Salary : $27 - $35
