- Positively problem-solve to manage and correct unplanned problems on the job
- Perform simple cabinet modifications
- Perform door, panel, drawer and hardware installations
- Perform cabinet storage solution installations
- Measure, cut and install veneer and moldings (ISC, OSC, toekick, baseboards, casings, etc)
- Able to work in Montgomery County and surrounding counties
- Cabinet refacing experience
- Cabinet installation experience
- Able to drill for hinges
- Able to install doors and drawer fronts
- Able to install crown molding and trim
- Able to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun
- Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
