- Arrive to the job site on time in a logoed shirt and appropriate work clothing.
- Follow instructions given by the project manager.
- Follow Kitchen Tune-Up’s customer service Trustpoints on every project and job site.
- Keep work area clean and orderly, and clean up daily.
- Communicate with the project manager daily about the progress.
- Prepare job site for projects and break down and clean up when complete.
- Perform demo of existing kitchens as jobs require.
- Perform cabinet modifications and installations.
- Perform door, panel, drawer, and hardware installations.
- Perform cabinet storage solution installations.
- Measure, cut, and install veneer and moldings (ISC, OSC, toe kick, baseboards, casings, crown, etc.).
- Work quickly and efficiently.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Respect customers and their homes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Excellent in Assembling and installation of cabinets
- Ability of cabinet modification and customization
- Able to drill for hinges
- Able to install doors and drawer fronts
- Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets
- Ability to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun
- Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level
- Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
- Stellar work ethic
- Strong trim carpentry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions

- Able to drill for hinges
- Able to install doors and drawer fronts
- Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets
- Able to cut and install moldings and trim, including crown molding
- Able to safely operate power hand tools, including a drill, table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun
- Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
- Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required· Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Additional Skills (preferred but not required)
- Prior experience in cabinet refacing.
- Prior experience in painting cabinets.
- Prior experience in cabinet resurfacing.
- Prior experience in wood restoration.
- Prior experience in installing flooring (wood, LVT and/or Tile).
