Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate CNC saw machine according to project schematics and blueprints, ensuring accurate cuts for each cabinet component
• Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently to produce precise parts, adhering to production schedules and quality standards
• Read and interpret detailed schematics, blueprints, and schematics to determine cutting sequences and specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment, including cleaning, tool changes, and troubleshooting mechanical issues
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure seamless workflow from raw material preparation to final assembly
• Inspect finished components for accuracy, quality, and consistency before packaging or assembly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge and history working Mozaik Cabinet Software. Must be able to design a project from start to finish.
• Proven experience operating CNC machinery within a woodworking or manufacturing setting, preferably in custom cabinetry or millwork production
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to cabinetry fabrication
• Skilled in woodworking techniques including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, and general woodworking practices
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction site safety procedures
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle materials efficiently on the shop floor
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision measurement and quality control
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members across different departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 48 per week
