Responsibilities
- Set up and calibrate CNC saw machine according to project schematics and blueprints, ensuring accurate cuts for each cabinet component
- Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently to produce precise parts, adhering to production schedules and quality standards
- Read and interpret detailed schematics, blueprints, and schematics to determine cutting sequences and specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment, including cleaning, tool changes, and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure seamless workflow from raw material preparation to final assembly
- Inspect finished components for accuracy, quality, and consistency before packaging or assembly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
Qualifications
- Proven knowledge and history working Mozaik Cabinet Software. Must be able to design a project from start to finish.
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery within a woodworking or manufacturing setting, preferably in custom cabinetry or millwork production
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to cabinetry fabrication
- Skilled in woodworking techniques including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, and general woodworking practices
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction site safety procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle materials efficiently on the shop floor
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision measurement and quality control
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members across different departments
