Set the Tone: Radiate a positive, upbeat attitude that inspires the staff and creates an infectious, welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Service Recovery: Handle guest feedback with grace, speed, and a genuine desire to turn any issue into a loyal fan.
Team Leadership & Culture
Coach & Inspire: Recruit, onboard, and continuously train a hospitality-driven team of servers, bartenders, hosts, and bussers.
Foster a Collaborative Culture: Build an environment where staff enjoy coming to work and feel empowered to showcase their own personalities.
Performance Management: Set clear expectations, provide real-time coaching, and hold the team accountable to premier service standards.
Operations & Administration
Shift Execution: Lead smooth, high-pace shifts, managing floor flow, seating rotations, and ticket times seamlessly.
Strategic Scheduling: Design and manage weekly schedules for FOH staff, balancing labor efficiency with peak-volume service needs.
Systems Upkeep: Utilize POS and restaurant management platforms to ensure accurate cash handling, shift reports, and labor tracking.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain pristine cleanliness standards in the dining area and bar, ensuring 100% compliance with local health department regulations and responsible alcohol service laws.
Qualifications
Personality: Outgoing, charismatic, and naturally social with exceptional communication skills.
Experience: 2 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment (strong bar or beverage background is a major plus).
Leadership Style: Hands-on and collaborative. You prefer being on the floor with your team over sitting in a back office.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with modern restaurant POS, labor scheduling, and inventory management software.
