Janitorial Position – Commercial Office Building
Location: Henrietta, Texas
Schedule: After-hours, flexible times
Compensation: Compensation based on experience $20-$30 per hour average rate

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, respects client spaces, and works efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and common areas using approved cleansers.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
- Dust surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
- Restock supplies (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, etc.)
- Clean glass doors, window seals, and partitions
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Background check may be required
