Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as an Expo Food staff member. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately preparing food items for presentation and service, ensuring a smooth flow of operations in a fast-paced fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Experience plating in fine dining a plus.

Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Plate dishes attractively and ensure timely delivery to the serving area
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo station throughout shifts
• Assist kitchen staff with additional tasks as needed to support overall kitchen operations
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards
• Communicate effectively with servers, chefs, and management to ensure smooth service flow
• Monitor food quality and presentation before serving or plating

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or culinary environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
