Kitchen Master Corporation is growing, and we are looking for dependable, skilled people to join our remodeling and installation team.
We are hiring at multiple skill levels. You do not need to be an expert in every trade.
We are interested in both experienced carpenters/remodelers who can independently handle detailed installation work and skilled laborers who have construction experience, work hard, learn quickly, and want an opportunity to grow.
Work May Include
Depending on your experience and skill level:
- Rough and finish carpentry
- Cabinet installation
- Crown molding, trim, doors, and detailed finish work
- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Flooring installation and repair
- Drywall repair, patching, caulking, and painting
- Tile and backsplash installation
- Minor plumbing reconnects
- Minor electrical work
- Jobsite demolition and preparation
- Loading, unloading, and material handling
- General jobsite and shop work
You do not need experience in all of these areas. Pay and responsibilities will be based on the skills and experience you bring to the team.
Experienced Carpenter / Remodeler Candidates
We are especially interested in applicants with experience in several of the following:
- Finish carpentry and detailed trim work
- Cabinet installation and crown molding
- Residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Reading plans, drawings, and measurements
- Working independently and solving jobsite problems
- Maintaining a high level of fit, finish, and craftsmanship
Skilled Labor Candidates
We are also looking for candidates who have construction or remodeling experience and:
- Know how to safely use common hand and power tools
- Can accurately measure and follow instructions
- Are willing to learn new skills
- Work efficiently and stay productive throughout the day
- Take care of customers' homes, tools, equipment, and materials
- Want the opportunity to develop into a higher-skilled carpenter or remodeler
