What does the position entail?
Let customers know they come first- you will help transform their home.
Dynamic communication!
- Be the hub for installers, vendors and team members on projects.
- Coordinate and confirm installation and materials delivery schedule.
- Take action! Work closely with teammates, ensure great communication and high customer satisfaction
- Schedule and confirm appointments with customers and installers.
- Assist installers by taking material orders and problem solving.
- Swoop in and solve problems- all with a positive attitude.
- Fast action and resourceful thinking when called upon.
- Less heroic but necessary: maintain and process documentation as needed.
What is required?
- Experience working in an office setting.
- Super (internal and external) customer service skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Prior home improvement industry experience preferred.
- Must be fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
