Role Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and drive sales
- Operate POS system accurately
- Maintain store appearance
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory
- Support daily store operations
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand
- Lift and move merchandise
- Utilize stock room stairs
- Arrange, clean and restock inventory
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Product Knowledge and Retail Sales
- Retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong selling and communication skills
- Comfortable using POS systems
- Basic math skills
- Flexible schedule (weekends holidays required)
