As a Night Shift Kitchen Cleaning Technician at our Kitchen Guard of West Atlanta location, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Responsibilities include:

Leadership & Coordination
- Lead a small overnight crew to complete assigned cleaning jobs.
- Direct setup and takedown of job sites and equipment.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact and problem-solver.
- Drive service van to and from job sites.
- Perform and oversee power washing of hoods, ducts, filters, and fans.
- Maintain, clean, and secure company tools, vehicles, and equipment.
- Enforce all safety protocols (PPE, lockout/tagout, ladder safety, etc.).
- Ensure work meets NFPA 96 and company quality standards.
- Report incidents, hazards, or equipment issues promptly.
- Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. for at least 100 feet.
- Work overnight shifts on your feet for up to 10 hours.
- Comfortable working in greasy, dirty, or rooftop environments.
- Prior crew leadership or supervisory experience.
- Mechanical aptitude, with ability to perform basic handyman tasks such as installing access panels, replacing exhaust fan motors, and performing light repairs.
- Background in HVAC, electrical, construction, janitorial, or power washing strongly preferred.
- Full-Time | Overnight Shift | Overtime as needed
- Schedule | Sunday–Thursday (8–10 PM check-in to 4–6 AM check-out)
