Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Outside Sales Representative role based in Lake Worth, FL. The Outside Sales Representative will generate new business by prospecting restaurants, commercial kitchens, and related facilities, conducting in-person visits, and presenting Kitchen Guard’s services and solutions. Responsibilities include meeting with decision-makers, delivering tailored sales presentations, building long-term client relationships, and following up on leads. The role also involves preparing quotes, negotiating contracts within established guidelines, and coordinating with operations and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Presentations and Communication to clearly explain services, value propositions, and pricing to prospective clients.
- Strength in Relationship Building and Customer Service to nurture long-term partnerships and support client satisfaction and retention.
- Experience in New Business Development, including prospecting, cold calling, and territory management.
- Prior outside sales experience in B2B or services industries (facility services, commercial cleaning, fire safety, or related fields) preferred.
- Comfort working in and around commercial kitchens and food service environments, with attention to safety and professionalism.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while managing time and travel efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally within the assigned territory.
