Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business within target markets.
- Conduct presentations and demos to promote services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and decision-makers.
- Develop and present proposals with pricing and timelines.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Conduct onsite inspections and provide tailored safety solutions.
- Stay current on industry trends and standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Support the safe installation and maintenance of fire safety systems.
- B2B sales experience (fire/life safety or restaurant industry preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working on rooftops and around grease.
- Self-starter with solid time management and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy and able to adapt to new tools and systems.
- Positive team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Background in commercial services or related fields.
- Relevant certifications in fire safety or sales.
- Degree in Fire Science, Safety Engineering, or Business.
- Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops.
- Able to lift 40 lbs and use ladders.
