Role Overview

What You Will Do
- Lead and work alongside a two-person night crew
- Ensure work meets company standards and NFPA 96 requirements
- Enforce checklist compliance, safety protocols, and documentation
- Confirm job completeness before departure
- Identify and document deficiencies or inaccessible areas
- Train and coach technicians on proper methods and expectations
- Serve as the on-site decision-maker
- Maintain equipment condition and report discrepancies
- Drive the company vehicle nightly to job sites
- Overnight work only
- Typical check-in: 9:30–11:00 PM
- Typical check-out: 6:00–7:00 AM
- Overtime is variable and not guaranteed
Physical Requirements
- Perform all physical tasks required of the technician role
- Climb ladders, access rooftops, lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand and work on feet for extended overnight shifts
- Prior hood cleaning, pressure washing, or similar trade experience strongly preferred
- Previous crew leadership or lead technician experience required
- Strong organizational discipline and time management
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background check
- $23–$27/hour, based on experience
- Foreman status is maintained through performance; failure to enforce standards may result in role reassessment
