Route Sales Representative
Hudson, WI Area | Monday–Friday | $55,000 Base | Up to $70,000 /Year | $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Kitchen Fresh Foods is expanding and we're looking for a Route Sales Representative to help us grow.
This is more than a delivery job. You’ll have an assigned route and your own customer accounts. You’ll build relationships with store managers, introduce new products, grow sales, and help establish Kitchen Fresh Foods in a new market.
No previous route sales experience? No problem. We’ll train you.
What You'll Do
- Drive a company vehicle on your assigned route.
- Deliver and merchandise fresh food products.
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
- Build relationships with store managers and customers.
- Grow sales within existing accounts.
- Introduce new products and promotional opportunities.
- Look for ways to increase product selection, displays, and shelf space.
- Manage daily truck inventory and customer orders.
- Rotate products using FIFO practices.
- Handle damaged or expired products and customer credits.
- Use a handheld device to process orders and record sales.
- Complete routine vehicle safety inspections.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is reliable, independent, organized, and customer-focused—someone who enjoys being on the road and wants their effort to directly impact their earnings.
You'll need:
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your daily route.
- Ability to meet applicable federal DOT medical certification requirements.
- Ability to pass required drug and alcohol testing.
Route sales or delivery experience is helpful, but not required. Training is provided.
Schedule & Compensation
Monday–Friday
Approximately 4:30 a.m. start time
Approximately 50 hours per week
Potential earnings: $70,000 per year with commission
$3,000 sign-on bonus
