Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. Additional tasks include developing HR strategies, maintaining employee records, conducting training sessions, and implementing policies to support company culture and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations
- Experience in Compliance Management, Policy Development, and HR Best Practices
- Skills in Performance Management and Organizational Development
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, with strong data management and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on communication, conflict resolution, and team collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
- Ability to work effectively with exceptional time-management skills
- Experience in the food service or production industry is a plus
