Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager/Senior HRBP based at our new facility in Hopkinsville, KY. The role includes leading and managing HR operations to align with business strategies, developing and implementing HR policies, and providing strategic advice to leadership. The HR Manager/Senior HRBP will oversee employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training programs to foster a positive, productive workplace. The role involves driving HR initiatives that promote a high-performing and inclusive culture.
Qualifications
- Human Resources expertise in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and compliance assurance
- Proficiency in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and training program development
- Strong conflict resolution, organizational skills, and ability to provide strategic HR insights
- Experience with implementing HR policies that foster inclusivity and employee well-being
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building relationships and trust
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
- Previous experience in the food or manufacturing industry is an advantage
