Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Kitchen and Bath Sales Designer located in Northern suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. The designer will work closely with clients to understand their needs and craft customized kitchen and bath cabinetry designs that balance aesthetics and function. Responsibilities include collaborating with contractors and other professionals, conducting client consultations, preparing detailed design plans, and ensuring designs align with project budgets. Additionally, the designer will lead the sales process by providing exceptional customer service and guiding clients from design conception to project completion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in kitchen and bath design, space planning, and cabinetry layouts
• Experience with design tools and software (e.g., Cyncly, Chief Architect, design rendering programs)
• Excellent customer relationship and consultative sales skills, with the ability to guide clients through the design and sales process
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Attention to detail while juggling several projects and clients
• Familiarity with the design/build and home renovation industry is highly preferred
• Previous experience in kitchen and bath design is strongly desired
