POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our kitchen remodeling and countertops sales team. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by overseeing the entire lead-to-appointment process, managing the inside sales representatives, and optimizing sales processes for high-ticket home renovations. This role focuses on accelerating lead qualification, nurturing prospects, and maximizing appointment setting for our design consultants, ensuring a high-quality, professional customer experience.

The Kitchen & Countertop Center of New England (KCCNE) has over 8,000 sq. ft. of beautiful showroom space, and the largest onsite stone yard in Rhode Island which displays an extensive selection of granite, marble, quartzite and quartz. We are the leading, most dynamic kitchen and bath remodeling organization in Southeastern New England. Regardless of the scope of the project, KCCNE handles all phases of the process, including remodeling design, countertop manufacturing, and installation.
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Ensure incoming leads from web, phone, or showroom are contacted and qualified quickly and efficiently maximize conversion rates.
- Work directly with marketing to implement and refine nurturing campaigns for long-term prospects.
- Oversee the accuracy of data entry in the CRM (e.g., BuilderTrend, HubSpot) to track lead lifecycle, follow-up activities, and conversion metrics.
- Manage the lead pipeline.
- Ensure all booked appointments meet company criteria regarding budget, project scope, and decision-maker availability to increase the closing rate for outside sales representatives.
- Oversee client quotes and sales conversations to ensure timely, accurate responses
- Collaborate with your sales representatives to prepare and present competitive sales proposals.
- Ability to step in and assist inside and outside sales representatives who are facing challenging or unique objections.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Lead-to-Appointment Rate, Appointment-to-Close Rate, and Average Project Value.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales forecasts, team performance, and market insights for senior management.
- Hold weekly or monthly sales meetings with your team to discuss performance/goals/targets.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 3-5 years of inside sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Expert-level knowledge of CRM software and sales engagement tools.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills
- Strong phone sales ability, with an assertive, positive, persistent style
- Motivated self-starter with effective time management skills
- Minimum of Associate’s degree or interior design license/certification preferred
- Goal-oriented and ambitious with the capacity and drive to reach and exceed targets

This is a full-time position. Typical days of work are Monday through Saturday. Specific work-day hours are flexible.
