Fox Valley area Kitchen & Bath Dealer is seeking a qualified candidate for a Showroom Assistant to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for greeting and providing information to clients in our Kitchen & Bath Showroom. Flexible Hours Available.
Responsibilities: Includes but are not limited to the following
Welcome prospective clientele to our Showroom in a warm friendly manner
Provide clients with an Excellent experience while in the showroom
Maintain showroom's cleanliness
Assist salespeople with working with clients to discuss all aspects of creating, remodeling, or updating the kitchen or bath of their home
Receive all incoming deliveries, and double-check items at the time of delivery
Keep the showroom updated with all sales materials needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Exhibit exceptional customer service skills every day, over the phone and in person
Gain comprehensive knowledge of products and knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends
Understands and complies with all company policies
Maintains excellent company image: demonstrates integrity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pleasant demeanor & professional appearance
