Role Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee installation projects from start to finish. This role will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple installation projects simultaneously
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during project execution
- Communicate timelines, updates, and expectations clearly
- Coordinate scheduling with subcontractors and internal teams
- Ensure projects are ready prior to installation
- Track progress and resolve issues proactively
- Oversee inspections and manage punch lists
- Support continuous improvement of processes and workflows
Qualifications
- 3 years of construction or remodeling project management experience
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Experience working with subcontractors
Preferred
- Kitchen & bath or residential remodeling experience
- Exposure to multi-family or new construction projects
- Experience with project management software
- Understanding of residential construction regulations, including MHIC requirements
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $80,000 – $100,000
