What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Test Engineer position at Kitchen Armor?
The Associate Test Engineer will assist in the design, development, and execution of test procedures and test methods to ensure product quality and performance. Also, work with Design/Development, Quality, and Production teams to identify issues, report defects, and support overall product improvement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn and understand product technical requirements and specifications.
- Creation of test documentation such as test specifications, test results, and test reports for the validation and evaluation of Products.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware related problems.
- Diagnose hardware related issues on products and perform service and repair to products.
- Prepare and maintain test environments.
- Test and Manage SW and Scripts for Development and Production.
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Wiring, soldering, hardware modifications to hardware and test environments may be needed.
- Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Requires advanced knowledge or Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical field.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and/or ABILITY
The ability to understand technical specifications and schematics is required.
Strong troubleshooting skills are required to be able to identify and reproduce problems.
Ability to write test specifications and generate test reports is required.
Software knowledge and coding experience is a plus.
