We are seeking a top-tier Kitchen Designer & Sales Specialist who can bring an established client base and drive business growth while delivering stunning, high-end kitchen designs using 20/20 design software.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Designer with a proven track record in sales and a focus on high-end residential kitchen projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of clients and industry connections, enabling them to bring new business to the company. Using 20/20 design software, the designer will create luxurious, functional kitchen designs tailored to affluent homeowners, while also driving sales through relationship-building and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design custom, high-end kitchens using 20/20 design software, ensuring designs align with client needs, budgets, and aesthetic preferences.
  • Develop detailed design plans, renderings, and presentations to showcase concepts to clients.
  • Actively generate new business by leveraging an existing client network, industry contacts, and referrals to secure projects.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial consultation and needs assessment to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and requirements, translating them into innovative, high-end kitchen designs.
  • Work with premium materials (e.g., natural stone, exotic woods, high-end cabinetry) and integrate luxury appliances and smart home features.
  • Coordinate with project managers, installers, and other trades to ensure designs are executed flawlessly.
  • Stay updated on luxury kitchen design trends, materials, and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare accurate project estimates, proposals, and contracts, ensuring alignment with client budgets and company profitability goals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing leads and closing high-value projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in kitchen design, with a focus on high-end or luxury residential projects.
  • Proven sales experience with a demonstrated ability to bring in new business and maintain a strong client network.
  • Expertise in using 20/20 design software to create detailed kitchen designs and renderings.
  • Strong understanding of high-end materials, cabinetry, countertops, and luxury appliances.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing high-value projects.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with affluent clients, architects, builders, and interior designers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts and secure client buy-in.
  • Knowledge of current trends in luxury kitchen design, including smart home integration and sustainable materials.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to generate business and exceed sales goals.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
