I began my career with State Farm in 2009 working in corporate before transitioning into agency ownership, bringing that experience and perspective into how I run the office today.I studied at SUNY Buffalo where I also played basketball. Outside of the office, I enjoy fly fishing and spending time supporting my kids at their sporting events. Family plays a big role in my life, and that carries over into the culture of our agency.We offer a four-day work week, flexible PTO, licensing paid up front, a 401(k), and health benefits. Were looking for someone who is dedicated, motivated, and driven, and who shares our commitment to helping others and doing great work as part of a supportive team.ROLE DESCRIPTION:As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kit Swenby - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.QUALIFICATIONS:Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.Leadership and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of meeting sales targets.Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
