This position handles part identification, order fulfillment, shipping logistics, crate building, and coordination with internal departments. Success in this role requires strong organization, communication, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:

The Shipping & Parts Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe movement of parts and shipments for our service department. This position handles part identification, order fulfillment, shipping logistics, crate building, and coordination with internal departments. Success in this role requires strong organization, communication, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
- Pull, verify, and ship parts accurately and efficiently.
- Crate and package materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Generate freight quotes and print shipping labels.
- Photograph shipments and maintain accurate shipment records.
- Inspect builds, load homes, and coordinate with the Service team.
- Communicate daily with Production, Service, and Accounting teams to support operational needs.
Required::
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or general contracting/home repair.
- Ability to identify and organize parts efficiently.
- Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
- Experience in filling orders and building shipping crates.
- Familiarity with home construction or modular manufacturing environments.
- Strong organization and time management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear communication with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet up to 8 hours per day.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in warehouse or production environments.
