What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collaborative Management Program Coordinator position at Kit Carson County Collaborative Management Program?
The Kit Carson County Collaborative Management Program is seeking a Coordinator to administer and support the local HB 1451 Collaborative Management Program serving children, youth, and families across Kit Carson County.
The Coordinator will work closely with community partners to strengthen collaboration, improve service coordination, and support positive outcomes for families. Responsibilities include facilitating meetings, managing referrals and data, supervising staff, completing state-required reports, assisting with grant writing, providing direct support to families, and helping lead local collaborative efforts.
This position is 32–40 hours per week, with a pay range of $20–$30 per hour depending on experience, education, and qualifications. Applicants should have experience working with children, youth, families, and community partners. Can be located anywhere in Kit Carson County. A valid Colorado driver’s license and a successful background check are required.
