Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Facilities Support team member to help keep our manufacturing facility clean, organized, safe, and operating efficiently. Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime available as needed)

What You'll Do

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing facility.

· Sweep, shovel, mop, and empty trash throughout the plant.

· Clean and sanitize locker rooms, restrooms, lunchrooms, and common areas.

· Restock cleaning and facility supplies.

· Collect and recycle cardboard, scrap wood, and scrap metal.

· Assist with organizing plant materials, tools, equipment, and production accessories.

· Prepare employee hydration stations during warm weather.

· Assist in ice and snow removal / prevention during cold weather.

· Perform painting and signage projects as assigned.

· Report unsafe conditions, equipment problems, leaks, spills, or facility deficiencies.

· Support the Facilities Manager with additional plant maintenance and housekeeping responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

· Must be 18 years or older

· Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure (assessment will be conducted during the interview)

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

· Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment

· Mechanical aptitude

· Strong math skills with attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines

Location Requirement

Must be local to or willing to commute to Lockport, NY (no relocation offered)
