Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Project Manager at Kistler & Knapp Builders in Acton, MA. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- 5 yrs experience in residential construction as PM in the greater Boston area
- Experience and ability to work on client sales
- Estimating
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and plans
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Basic computer skills – email, word, excel
- Procore experience is not required, but is a plus
- Attention to detail and quality
- Valid MA Builders license
- Valid MA Drivers license
