About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Kistler Group as a Customer Service Administrator, playing a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting Sales and Service activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and manage multiple customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Process and verify customer quotes, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed about order status, delivery updates, and any changes to purchase orders.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to generate quotes and process orders.
- Work closely with Global Manufacturing Plants to ensure timely product delivery, escalating any delays or issues.
- Provide data and information to Sales Engineers and Managers as required.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve customer service and sales support.
