Summary
As a Nursing Supervisor at Kissito Healthcare, you will play a vital role in overseeing nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to nursing staff on best practices in patient care.
- Ensure effective communication between staff, patients, and families regarding care plans.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required; BSN preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare setting.
