Pharmacy Technician – Flushing, Queens, NY
An independent pharmacy in Flushing, Queens is seeking a reliable and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our team.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Prior experience is helpful, but we are happy to train the right candidate who is eager and dependable.
Responsibilities include:
- Counting and preparing medications
- Answering phone calls and assisting customers
- Calling patients for follow-ups and prescription coordination
- Contacting doctors’ offices when necessary
- Supporting the pharmacy team with daily operations
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Micro Merchant PrimeRx is a plus (not required)
