We are looking for a high-energy leader to join our Conductor of First Impressions ensemble and keep our lobby pulsing with style and soul.
The Role Working in close collaboration with our Director of Guest Services and a peer group of Assistant Managers, you will act as the face of the Kissel from the curb to the suite. This is a high-impact leadership position in a creative, fast-paced environment where you lead multiple guest-facing departments to ensure a seamless luxury stay.
- Provide daily guidance and inspiration to the Front Desk, Bell Service, and Valet teams.
- Partner with the Director of Guest Services and fellow leaders to oversee security personnel and ensure a safe, welcoming sanctuary.
- Coordinate with peer managers to ensure a seamless "Warm Welcome" transition from the valet stand to the front desk.
- Act as a problem-solving powerhouse, turning guest challenges into "wow" moments with grace and quick thinking.
- Coach and mentor the crew alongside your management peers to keep standards sharp and service legendary.
- Collaborate on strategies to drive room revenue, occupancy, and inventory success.
- Champion strong interdepartmental communication, partnering with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Sales to ensure every room is "Kissel-ready" and operations are fluid.
- Thrive in a cohesive team environment where information is shared transparently and every leader has each other's back.
- Navigate hotel management systems with ease to ensure accuracy in guest billing and digital profiles.

What You Bring
- 2–3 years of progressive front office leadership experience paired with a relevant educational background (a combination of a degree and hospitality experience is required).
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to provide optimal, high-event service while leading a team to do the same.
- Strong proficiency in PMS systems and modern hospitality tools (Hyatt/Opera experience is highly desired).

Compensation
This is an Overtime Eligible Manager (OEM) position with a salary range of $67,000.00 – $72,000.00/year.
