Research Project Execution & Management
- Plan, execute, and manage qualitative and quantitative research projects (surveys, product testing, co-creation, interviews) under the guidance of the Market Research Director
- Own project timelines, fieldwork execution, participant management, and deliverables
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and speed
- Manage daily operations of the in-house consumer research platform, including project setup, monitoring responses, and troubleshooting issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and developers to ensure smooth execution of research activities
- Support testing, rollout, and optimization of new platform features
- Analyze research data and synthesize findings into clear insights and implications
- Prepare charts, tables, summaries, and draft reports that support strategic recommendations
- Identify key consumer patterns, unmet needs, and actionable opportunities
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, R&D, and Sales teams to understand research needs
- Support presentations and insight-sharing sessions with internal stakeholders
- Ensure research outputs are practical, relevant, and easy to apply
- Ensure data accuracy, respondent quality, and methodological rigor
- Monitor participant behavior and flag potential data quality issues
- Support continuous improvement of research processes, guidelines, and templates
- 5–8 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, marketing analytics, or related fields
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end research projects (qualitative & quantitative)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, concise insights
- Experience working with research platforms, online panels, or community-based research tools (preferred)
- High attention to detail, strong project management skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in beauty, personal care, or consumer goods industries is a strong plus
