Product Manager, Lash Category

Job Description Summary: We are seeking a strategic, creative, and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the innovation, development, and lifecycle management of our lash product portfolio. This role will drive the brand's lash category growth by identifying market opportunities, shaping product strategy, and working cross-functionally to bring best-in-class solutions to consumers. Job Description: Category Strategy & Planning Develop and execute the long-term strategy for the lash category, aligned with brand objectives and market trends Identify white space opportunities through market research, trend analysis, and consumer insights. Product Development Lead end-to-end product development process from concept to launch, including ideation, packaging, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans Manage product timelines and cross-functional alignment with R&D, packaging, sourcing, design, sales, and operations teams Retailer & Channel Strategy Collaborate with sales and retail engagement team to tailor assortments and promotional strategies by retailer and channel (mass, drug, e-commerce, specialty) Prepare product presentations and sell-in decks for retailer line reviews and customer meetings Competitor & Market Analysis Track competitive launches, pricing, and packaging to ensure differentiation and market leadership Stay on top of beauty and lash trends, influencers, and consumer behaviors We offer a competitive benefits package!
