Job Description Summary: The Sales Services Associate is a member of the Trade Marketing team within the Sales Division of KISS. This role supports the planning and execution of industry and retail trade show engagements and account activations, tracking of Sales Revenue, Open Orders, Recovery (account related expenses), department budgets, and other Sales related reporting as needed. Job Description: Responsibilities: Work cross-functionally with Trade Marketing team members and Sales to plan and execute industry trade show participation, retail trade show engagements and account activations. Tasks will include ordering product, registering the company and staff for events, ordering updated graphics for KISS booth as needed, and other general planning and execution related tasks. Run monthly Recover reports and upload to Account Dossiers, alerting Sales when available. Support Sales Services Assistant Manager in daily, weekly, monthly revenue and open order tracking and reporting. Maintain Promotional Planning Calendar to reflect national offerings, account specific offerings, Marketing activities and other related support. Upload to share file platform. Invoice processing and credit card reconciliation. Support Sales with ad hoc SAP reports as needed. Support integration of syndicated data reports into Sales Quarterly Business Review documentation on a monthly basis. Support Broker Contract renewal process. Work with Sales to maintain Account Dossiers with updated throughout the year on points of distribution, SKU mix, buyer changes, and other account related data. Knowledge/experience, skills, ability & attitude: 4 Year college degree preferred Relevant work experience of at least 1 year Must have good analytical, organization, follow up and communication skills Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment Knowledge of syndicated data (IRI, Circana, Nielsen) preferred Passion for the beauty industry is a plus Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, to include power bi We offer a competitive benefits package!
