Job Description
Host and Facilitate Cross-Team Meetings – 25%
- Host and facilitate meetings with vendor developers, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Coordinate project milestones, technical decisions, and deliverables
- Lead discussions to ensure alignment across all parties
- Drive decision-making processes in technical and project-related matters
- Manage project timelines and track progress against established milestones
- Ensure adherence to due dates and commitments
- Monitor deliverables and identify potential delays or bottlenecks
- Implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal and external development teams
- Clarify technical and business requirements across teams
- Resolve issues and align priorities between stakeholders
- Bridge communication gaps between business and technical teams
- Develop, test, and maintain software solutions according to project requirements
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues
- Ensure solutions meet quality standards and technical specifications
- Document project decisions, action items, and technical specifications
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for internal and external teams
- Create clear technical documentation to support knowledge transfer
- Track and communicate project status and updates
- Provide technical guidance and support to the Sales team
- Translate technical capabilities into business value for potential clients
- Assist in technical presentations and demonstrations
