As a Assistant Trade Marketing Manager, you will work as part of the Go-To-Market team under the Lash & Lifestyle division. The role will entail supporting the GTM Senior Manager with the planning and execution of omnichannel retail marketing strategic initiatives, analysis of outcomes, and the implementation and management of on and offline activations for national key retail partners such as Walmart, Target, ULTA, CVS, Walgreens and Sally Beauty. The role is intended to bridge the gap between LD and sales, ensuring that the priorities and objectives of LD are brought to retailer level and executed seamlessly, ultimately driving the growth of lash category and maintaining KISS as dominant brand.

The anticipated compensation range is

Responsibilities
Job Description:
Trade Strategy & Execution - 40%
- Work alongside Trade Marketing Senior Manager to plan and execute all online and offline retail marketing plans for key accounts to ensure lash new launches and assortments receive the proper support.
- Partner with internal product, marketing & creative teams, retailer media agencies, 3P agencies and influencers, to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Create digital coupons to amplify loyalty targeted and lapsed user media campaigns at Drug. Create print coupons that can be used in beauty box, in-store events or on displays.
- Work alongside Trade Marketing Senior Manager to develop a social calendar to support major retailers. Assist social team with shooting in-store content to support promotional displays and other key moments.
- Support the execution of retailer beauty advisor trainings as well as in-store consumer education events.
- Support the development of secondary promotional displays for key seasonal moments throughout the year and create support plans to drive sell through.
- Develop cross functional relationships to ensure all deliverables are aligned with new product launches, flow through changes, retailer timelines and national brand strategies.
- Provide Sales Team support for retailer specific requests (i.e. NPD product comps, meeting samples, product images, mailings, and miscellaneous requests)
- Support sales with digital and in-store graphic requests; develop & submit creative brief based on brand guidelines and retailer specifications.
- Support sales with developing 360 campaigns to support new launches or key lash initiatives.
- Help create and format PowerPoint presentations for internal sharing and retailer meetings.
- Expand knowledge on industry trends and provide impactful insights for GTM and LD.
