The anticipated compensation range is
22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly

Job Description
- Analyze forecast data and execute purchase plan to ensure alignment of supply and demand.
- Identify & analyze potential issues to ensure demands are fulfilled.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers while also being able to negotiate and maximize company benefits.
- Collaborate with related internal teams to maintain an optimum level of inventory.
- Maximize profit through the development and implementation of a strategic buying plan.
- Manage associate buyers.
- Develop strong knowledge of products for production scheduling & quality management.
- Continuously strive to produce more visible accurate and timely schedules.
- Follow up with suppliers on production schedule, shipping schedule, pending claims or quality issues, production capability issues, etc.
- Provide shipping directions to suppliers & take necessary steps to ensure products are delivered in a timely manner.
- Problem solving skills, clear communication skills, detail oriented, time management skills, and proficient knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
